Fitting fridge

Hi all, just managed to buy a new fridge to replace the knackered one in my van. However, I am guilty of not doing my homework properly

and it appears getting it fitted is going to cost a pretty penny - been quoted upwards of £200. Sound right? Anyone able to recommend someone in the Bristol area who might fancy the work? Cheers for any help.

Depending on what fridge it is, fitting instructions might be in the downloads section of 'Club Stuff' at the top of the page. Why not DIY?

It's a Dometic RM122F. Bought second hand but got the manual which includes fitting instructions. Zero experinece with gas and electrics, and with two kids in the van don't think diy is the way forward on this one! Also read that it's a little more tricky as the flue will be on the opposite side to the current one. The cost seems to be in whoever fits it charging for getting it signed off.

Have changed a couple several times in my time with no trouble. If still concerned fit it and buy a good Carbon Monoxide Detector for peace of mind. You will still get a lot of change out of £200.

I think you need to expand this statement further.
