Couple of questions that I can't quite work out from the wiki.
Top right, whats the pipework that's missing called - can't find it online (probably as I don't know the name).
Middle bottom above shoe - there is a black (3 pin) connector with white cable.... whats this for and where/should it be connected.
Finally, what fasteners are used for the tinwork?
Many thanks.
If there is anyone in North East (Newcastle/Durham/Darlington) with another CU engined bus, I would appreciate a quick peek to see what should be where.

The connector with the white cable isn't connected to anything, might be a simple diagnostic thing? Mine is the same.
My tinwork is connected by simple tin screws, nothing special as far as I can see.
Can't tell you what the hose is called, one of the intake hoses I think, a haynes or even the blow up on justkampers might help.

Cable is flywheel position sensor for VW diagnostics, serves no other purpose.
Tinware screws are, if I remember correctly, M6, with a few exceptions.
Can you circle the pipe you mean please?

Thanks all...
Just checked the haynes that was in the van - (doh!) - its the pipework for the vacuum,
near top right of picture, but above and to the left of the carb.

It looks like the rubber seal is missing from around the tinware as well.

Yes, put one on your shopping list ASAP, they are far more important than a lot of people realise.

Yep the engine surround seal is missing, needs fitting to stop overheating. The vacuum pipes to the distributor look like they are connected wrongly (you might need to reset the timing the ignition will have been on full advance). The pipe missing is the cool air induction pipe.
And sort that red wiring out before it chafes through and shorts out.

Awesome replies, many thanks.
I knew that buying a T25 wasn't a mistake as long as I registered here!
Just bought some service parts from brickwerks and Gunzl, so I'll add the other parts too and probably get the van down to air-cooled performance in Northallerton to be set-up properly.
Yup - ref: wiring, it's something I started doing today internally, - multimeter packed in, so ordered two new ones - one for the garage and one for the bus - I need to sort the external too as it has an electric fuel pump wired in.
E D I T- Gone for the cheaper option as per the wiki, 4m of seals direct seal.
