hi this may sound like a stupid question but im just getting a new tank for our camper its a 1.9 water cooled when i refit the sender unit to the new tank does the float go to the front or rear or does it matter thanks

Could be wrong... but I am fairly sure the sender points towards the rear. Something tells me it will foul the side before tightening if you try and fit it the wrong way.
