Would it be ok to use Bell wire to fit LED lights?

Yes that looks like 0.75mm flexi so should be ok for your needs presuming you are using it internally.

No - read the reviews, it is solid core and poor quality at that, it will easily fracture with vibration. Get multi stranded wire.

The real thin speaker wire, the 0.2mm
2 stuff is rated at about 1.5 amps....now that might be enough but to be honest it's a pain to work with as it snaps or half the strands break everytime you expose the strands.
Choose something a bit heavier even if it's just because it's easier to work with.
Here you go....the 0.5mm
2 or even the 0.75 stuff..
