Bit of an "in" joke being played out here Em...in brief:
Andrew (syncropaddy) gave me the syncro PAS steering shaft with a view to remaking them. After an eternity (allegedly) I returned it to him via Paul (Jebiga) at the Shipston event, where I paid for and collected a roof tent that I'd also bought from Andrew.
Paul being Paul took his good time (allegedly) to return said shaft, spent Andrews cash (allegedly) and the shaft still hadn't been found even though I put it in Paul's van (always risky, stuff disappears in there. Allegedly)
Now we find out that the shaft has been on vacation all along...
