Hi all I have bought a t25 with a 1900 td golf engine but it revs high at 55mph what gearbox can I put in and does anyone know of one for sale? Cheers all.

what engine code is it? What gearbox code is it currently? Have a look at the ratios here and you can calculate what speed you'll be doing with a different box.

Depending slightly on what engine it is a good box is a 3H with bigger wheels, or an AAP from a 2.1, but the ultimate solution is to speak to Aidan to get it rebuilt with the indexes you want.

Yup, Aidan built a box for me and it's great.
65-70 cruising and you can still chat in the cab not a bother!!
