Big mirror part numbers?

I have a pair of electric mirrors but I am unsure as to whether they are RhD or LHD.
Does anyone know why the part numbers are please?

My RHD offside mirror is 251 857 514 D

Where is the part number on the mirror?
I at work and the mirrors are at home. My wife sent me this
Does that mean anything?

It would appear that I have one of each. Anyway they are now on EBay. Thanks.
