Top Bunk

Does anyone know how much weight the top bunk in a Westy can take? We are off for a week at the end of the month, but last night when sleeping in it, we found that my pregnant wife is taken up loads of room. So when we go away at the end of the month I plan on sleeping in the top bunk. However I'm ont a little chap, probably 16-17stone. Will it take my weight?

try it and see!! nwhat's the worst that can happen?? me and the mrs sleep on our flimsy pop top bed no worries!!

Its designed for two adults,I sleep up there and am about 14 stone
the weakest point is the fold down flap, attach a bit of reinforcing to it if your worried

I'm 15 1/2 stone and it takes me OK.

If you stayed in the top bunk in the first place there would be more room down stairs
Only joking, got the same problem(ish) I want to take my pegnant wife away but am trying to work out if we can both get up top to leave room for the dogs.
