hi people help please!!

just putting final touches to my 1y conversion but having problems with alternator v belt

im assuming because car it came out of had power steer and my t25 hasnt the belt is too long??

anyone come across this problem before? what belt do you buy? non power steer belt i guess?

my engine came from seat ibiza 1900d 1y so would have had power steer 96/97 p reg

I don't understand. Have you changed the pulleys and alternator to use the original t3 ones - or are you keeping the 1y setup?
I know it's obvious that you have changed because the 1y setup isn't a v belt - but I thought I would check.

I wasn't aware power steering was on the same belt - that's why there is a double pulley? Interesting.

turns out i was sold wrong belt! far too long, new belt fitted niceley

just fingering out the wiring via wiki links then see if she will run

Do you want to sell me the power steering set up? I need everything the pump, brackets and the extra pulley.
