Hi folks after doing extensive work over the last year to Luna we finally took her 30mins down the road to a nice campsite with a pool for the kids. We absoulely loved the experence and are now really looking forward to the 3 week summer break. The first night the kids slpt upstairs and we slelpt in the tent. The second night the kids slept in the tent and we slept downstairs. We will only put the tent up if we stay more than 1 night in any 1 place. Putting the tent up and driving away and back again was really easy as the tent sliiped in to the metal braket as I pulled away or reversed.

I am really happy wih the modded TV bracket and is perfect for the kids on long journeys and for mum and dad at night waching a film or football. The brief I gave my self was a TV that could be stored away so that it did not get in the way. I think I have achived that.

Things I want to do before going away again are to: fix the road noise in the front from under the seats. Tidy up some cabling, get a new head unit as radio gets boring, buy some headphones for the kids and for us to use with the TV at night should we not want to sit outside.

I would also like some speakers in the back just thinkig about where to put them.

The 12v fan is new and runs of the x2 leasure batteries

The bracket came with some plastic cowling to cover the wires.

Sounds like you had a great time, and yes, I agree, that tv bracket is perfect for tucking/folding the screen out the way :ok

Fitted new floor and pics of batteries. The batteries should store 220 amp hrs and are charged by the Durite battery-to-battery 3 stage charger when the engine is running and Solar when stationary. I also have 3 stage charger that was already in the van which gives a charge to the batteries when on hook up and 240v to a consumer unit.

Either side of the rear overhead locker unless you want huge ones...

Thanks for that. Do you have a sub speaker installed?

Sorry,

A sub or should I say sub-woofer is for reproducing the low freq bass that comes with most music these days. Has any one incorporated one into the r&r bed box?
