The alen head bolt that pinches the top wishbone bushes together ,is this supposed to have a nylock nut or split pin to stop it coming loose ?

There is no hole through for a split pin.

Nyloc lock nut one side, 14mm allen key the other......tighten with suspension under load.
I Just set my front camber and tracking ready for Berlin Fest....Camber first, rolling back and forth between adjustments....then tracking making sure you adjust each track rod by the same amount.

Holy thread resurrection Batman!!!

Have the same problem, replaced the upper bushes in February but the nut keeps coming loose now. I've paint-marked across the nut & bolt and after each time I've tightened it up I can see its backed off about 10 degrees after a few miles driving and the knocking noise returns. It's a plain nut so I'll stick a second locknut on until I can get hold of a nyloc.
