T25 Welding/Bodywork South Wales.

We recently had alot of work done to keep our van on the road + looking tidy for at least a year or two.
Just Wondering if anyone can recommend, or has experience of a good reliable welder + paintshop in South Wales?
Got a few areas that need sorting, mainly some rust on the inside of the n/s b-pillar that's within 6" of seatbelt mount, an oval needs returning to being a round hole for the tailgate lock + a few small bits where recently applied paint is flaking or bubbling.
I've got a mig welder + compressor etc, + loads of bits coming my way next week courtesy of my uncle, but I don't think I should start out on repairing a b-pillar, or touching up a fresh paintjob.
We've already spent more than she's worth, I don't have great confidence in returning the van to the same person that initially carried out the work, so I'd be greateful for any advice on where to go.
cheers,

Hi, thanks for the suggestion, I didn't know they offered welding/paint services.

I can't say I've been there myself, but I'm told Volksengineering in Cardiff is pretty good. My bus hasn't arrived yet, but I've already been recommended to them by more than one person. I will be going there for a post-purchase service, and a bit of rust work, so I'll let you know. Anyway, you can find them online easily enough.

Not sure but anytime I've been there, there are always some vans in various stages of restoration. Worth asking them anyway.

Thanks boatbuilder + tforturton for your suggestions.
The closer to Cardiff the better for me, I've heard about Volksengineering, but not seen much work first hand, so tforturton I'd be greateful to hear how you get on.

Hi, I'be done some work for the lads at custom classics in Barry, and they've got T25's lined up to the doors. No pressure but might be worth a look If that's closer?

If it's a bit of help you need until you get your confidence I'm up for it, if you have the paint and it's not toxic.
Sounds like you might have or be able to get some if it's a recent respray.
Welding is easy enough, can show you what to do and for small paint jobs I have an airbrush which is fine for wheel arches etc. If for some reason you were not happy with the finish - wet and dry and take it to a pro.

Thanks for all the suggestions.
I've not contacted anyone yet as I don't really know exactly what I can spend. I'm having real trouble dealing with water getting into the van now too, and it's probably best I try and get that sorted out first.

Bilson,
hello, how did you get on with your body & paint work please?
I have wheelarches, roof, front panel that need help & i wondered if you managed to find anywhere please? I'm near Cardiff so anywhere around here would be helpful. I expect I will be speaking to custom classics in Barry to see what they think but would be v. pleased to hear how you got on. Thank you, Vandad.

Do you have any pics you can post.
Can't help with a major job at the moment, but if it's just a few patches you need should be ok.
