The canvas cover that goes on the back of a single crew cab and where can I get one or the pattern for one? And the supports I guess!!

As far as I was aware, they're called "tilts", at least, that's what they call them in the air-cooled scene.
They're readily available for splits and bays, but not sure about T25s. If not, I'm sure one of the suppliers would be happy to make one for you.

You might be lucky to find anything to be fair.. easier to make something up and have a cover made.. if it were me.. I'd just get a cover to go on top of the sides, with 2 or 3 "bows" so make sure the water can run off...

Illustration 125-10 on ETKA 7 shows what is required. Quite a lot of stuff there!
