Brake pipe flaring tool

Haven't seen any mention of this flaring tool whilst reading old posts about brake pipes on here, so thought I'd give it a plug. I'd been trying to flare kunifer pipe with one of those vice held tools (the type shown on this page Linky that I got as part of a kit), but absolutely no success. :(

Then I switched to using a hand held tool that I'd bought from ebay for using under the van on the front-to-back pipe. What a difference! First flare was spot on, as were the next ones that I did as well, I was chuffed to bits!! :D Took me a good few minutes to make sense of the instructions that come with it though.

Franklin Hand Held Brake Pipe Flaring Tool - AF2003.

£38 (inc. popstage) on ebay, item number at the moment is 251081307298 brilliant piece of kit, highly recommended.

Cheers

Tony
