Back to diff locks and a wanted

Right finally got round to getting the diff locks working, as far as I can see and after a quick phone call the diff lock pins are free. They go in by finger pressure half way past the roll pin hole. Although after shorting across the switch the light comes on so electrically fine but will not illuminate when pushed in by hand??
Does this seem right?
The problem they aren't working is a lack of vacuum pressure. I can feel the vacuum coming through but it's very weak. I can't see/hear/feel any leaks. The servo performs its a new vacuum tank and one way valve so any pointers please. The actual vacuum from the pump is great just somewhere along the line it's weakening.
Anyway has anyone got a rear actuator lying around has mine split when removed and the 7mm head bolts that hold the actuator to the bracket?
Cheers all
