Kent Mechanic needed for poss engine sort out Help

Purchased a t25 2ltr air cooled hi top but need work as engine splutters like mad after 1 mile low power? I know it could be many things
but with hand on heart its to much for me. So I need a good mechanics to advise or fix it is sorn & no MOT, so am not able to drive to a garage
Can anyone advise, I live in Dartford.
