Does anyone know where I can have an alloy header tank made in the S. London/Surrey area?

Is it for your charge cooler?

Don't some people use the golf tank that looks like a ball? I'm sure Neil has one, maybe they are easier to fit?

Would an RJES coolant tank bracket work ? You may need to do some adaption, but should be massively cheaper than a bespoke tank.

Apparently they are too small for the volume of water in a T3 cooling system.
