"were new", I think is the expression you are looking for Mike :rofl :rofl :rofl

So how long ago was the rebuild, clipped a piston ring when rebuilt or just age related failure?

Must be getting bored if you are stripping engines, surely you can't have run out of vans to rebuild :rollin

Maybe time to build a Moparagon

So the weak mixture has eaten the piston and caused it to overheat.....so the connector was probably the cause don't you think?

Weak mixture doing that in 900 miles? Sounds a bit extreme - if that were the case I think I will stick to Wassers, much more robust :rofl :rofl
