Cost to put pop-top on a tin top t25?

I'm considering buying a tin-top t25 but would ideally like a pop-top roof. Does anyone have a rough idea how much this would cost either by having the roof supplied or by supplying it myself? Is it a big job and does anyone have ideas about who in East Anglia somewhere may do the work? Many thanks for any ideas.

I have looked at this myself, as I wanted a Syncro, and Syncro campers are hard to find.
There are people who do this (Elevate, O'Connors Campers), and there are also people who can supply the kits ready to go (see ebay), but it's not cheap (betwen £2000 and £3000 for a new one), and you have to ask yourself if it's really worth it. You could hunt down a second hand roof, but they're few and far between, and you can't always guarantee that they will come with all the bits you need, or be in perfect condition.
There is a website that specialises in breaking T25 campers (Kombicabs, or something like that) but you need to be on to them all the time, as they don't get many, and sell them very quickly. Roofs do come up on this site, and on places like Ebay, but again, they go very quickly. Try advertising in the wanted ads, and also look on other sites such as Volkszone, and Brick-Yard.
From what I've seen on this site, a lot of people take the route of buying a cheap camper, and doing it themselves. IThe donor car can be a right wreck, but who cares, as long as the roof is good enough.
Good luck!

One more thought - why not just buy a pop-top camper in the first place? There are loads of them out there.
