Does anyone have telescopic sliding drawers in their van using something like below?
http://www.gsfslides.com/en/index.asp" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I'm not sure if they would vibrate too much and make a racket whilst on the move.
I know most campers have the wooden type possibly for this reason? :ok Danke

I thought about using these when I made the rear drawer.

You can see the rebated that I routed out for the slides.

In the end I didn't use any guides, I was a bit concerned about the weight.

18 mm Multiplex Plywood (Birch) for the frame and 11 mm Multiplex for the bottom.
Most of it came from the offcut bins in the DIY centres.

I went to b and q the other day for a sheet and it was £26 each! Didn't buy one.

Yes, it's a 3 ring SMEV that should be built-in.
It was too big and the mrs didn't want cooking smells in the bus.
It's not fixed in the drawer so can be used in the awning.

Will try my local builders merchant. Is it exterior grade?

Great. 40kg sounds about right. The ones from my link are 250kg which is way over the top. Where did you get yours from?

I got mine from a local hard wear merchants in Nottingham, but I have seen the exact same ones in b&q, for not much more ( like £2 more!)
