Hi all ive got a 1Z to go in my bus, i plan to use the 1Z turbo and manifold, now i know i need to replace the oil return so it returns to the sump, wheres the best place to get this pipe from and what do i ask for? any help would be great

Quite a lot of the usual german sites do them. Winkler/HA etc
I got mine from here recently

Local chap to me paid £30 for a local hydraulics place to do it in Paignton and that inlcuded the turbo T piece.

Perfect, Thank you mate can you give me any hints or tips for the 1Z conversion?

Ive only ever done AAZ and Gti conversions - mine was 1Z already when i got it.

More than welcome to come over to mine and have a push/prod/ask Qs though.

Live in Exeter but unit is in Newton Abbot.

Thank you that would be great im in Tavistock so Exeter or Newton is not far from me at all, im planning on getting the 1Z out of the Golf on monday and replacing all the seals, cambelt kit and sump, if i could have a look at yours that would be a massive help for things like coolant hose routes and get an idea of wiring lay outs
