I need to replace the cab carpet, I know a couple of places do replacements, but I'd rather look at doing it myself first.
Just wondering if anyone else has made/cut their own with good results?

Fair play, that looks tidy. Did you use the old carpet as a guide, or cut and fit as you went? Also did you do anything to bind the edges?

Just cut and glued as I went. Just used loads of glue on the edges and to be honest the only exposed ones run over the arches so it would not be too hard to do.

I was thinking about doubling the carpet back on itself + gluing it, but it looks like that might not be necessary.
Thanks for the pics, I'm much more confident about being able to achieve a good result now.

What is that little black box to the left of the stereo?

Why, haven't you got one? They come as standard on all T25s. Its the overide damper pod for steep inclines.

I also find it doubles up as a make shift flux capacitor. No good to me though as my van wont do 88 mph
