Unless you are a member of the opposite sex of approximately the same age, you will fail
Remember when they were 5 and just living in a field for a week and not having a bath so often was AMAZING!

Somewhere near Braunton? Fantastic beaches, bright lights of Barnstaple nearby, plenty of camp sites used to seeing VW's ... would go myself but already booked on Cornish beach trip with the family!

Norht Morte Farm at Mortehoe (
http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/revie ... revid=1456" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and
http://www.northmortefarm.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) is a nice site with amazing views. VIllage has 3 pubs (smugglers rest. chichester arms and ship aground inn) a chippy, a post office, a village shop and a lovely cafe for cream teas. It is not far from the nearest beach and also woolacombe. Nice walks along the coast too and you may spot a seal or two at Morte Point
Here' a map

and a google street view of the village

Didn't realise you meant the Bank Holiday weekend......
There is Easewell farm and Twitchen House Holiday village too within walking distance of Mortehoe according to UKcampsites.co.uk

,I like to go to the seaside resort.June and July is the hottest time, this time most suitable to go to the beach sea breeze, bubble water, cool in summer.
