My 1984 crewcab failed mot on siezed front brake caliper

Its the twin cylinder type but Im having trouble identifying it, its not like the pictures at the various online parts companies.

Got a type of part number on it 64321990

Any ideas to make & where I can get one from / suitable alternative

HERE someone with those numbers also found a 'G' denoting that it is Girling. (They have a couple of photos also). I have found that how they look after 30 years hard work bears no resemblance to the new one's look.
Brickwerks should be able to sort you.
