Yes really. Got to go to a conference at the Hilton in Cardiff in June and will be taking the (hightop) van. Anyone know where I can park up for one night near the Hilton/Cardiff Castle?

Its not quite wild camping but you could try here, nothing special but right by the castle

try it.....best place/ near to castle etc......only a short walk to the hilton opposite

next to swalec cricket ground 5 mins from millenium stadium and lots more
