Hello,
I am fiting a water system to my RHD T25, and am looking for advice in fixing the tanks. The system will be a simple one tap affair, one 16 litre fresh tank and one waste tank of the same capacity. I want the tanks underneath, to save space, and I am considering Making a frame from aluminium and bolting this to the chassis and the inner sill and holding the tanks in this. However I am not 100% happy with this but I am struggling to come up with an alternative for mounting them under the van.
Ideas and suggestions will be most welcome.
Ross

Is your T25 a Syncro? I'm thinking ground clearance here.

16 litres isn't a lot of water for the effort involved, imho. In the 5+ years we've had our van, we've used the on board water tank once I think, that was the first time out in it

Tend to just carry a couple of Large containers which we can stash under the van when parked up, it's a lot less hassle than keeping the taps etc clean.
If you're determined to do it though, have a look at
caktanks They have a couple of underslung ones that they recommend specifically for these vans.

Gentlemen,
thanks for your input, I have had a rethink and have decided to put the fresh inside.

And take up even more room ...
Seriously, if you're talking such a small tank just use bottles

CAK Tanks supply 40L underslung tanks plus fitting kit that need no frames.
they fit between the chassis rail so as to provide good clearance
Autosleeper fitted them as standard
As for waste tanks unless your going abroad it's a waste of fuel lugging dirty water about.. we use a bucket on the sink outlet.. or just let it soak away.
you'll need a self priming pump.
