Lost all numbers on phone help

Managed to break my phone before the weekend and the got a replacement yesterday but somehow managed to loose all the numbers on it.
Anyone who has my no could you please send me an sms with your name on it so I can contact you thanks in advance Paul

Can't you sync them back from your Google or Apple accounts ?
Don't tell me you don't use either ?!

No can't resync from Apple
and don't have phone nos etc in google
but prob a good way of decluttering my phone
