Louvre Window Pane Sealant and Visor Bracket

Bit random but thought better than 2 posts.
Firstly I removed the window panes from my louvre window to clean up and tint. They seemed to have some very old black adhesive / sealant. I guess at a minimum it is needed to stop them rattling in there brackets.
Can anyone advise as to what I should use?
Secondly I broke this ages ago when trying to remove the visor. Can this white part be purchased? or do I need the whole visor 2nd hand?
