3 way fridge in twin slider

At the moment I am using a table top fridge running off an inverter. I have just been given a 3 way fridge and was wondering how to flue it on a twin slider.
I have seen boats running fancy flues.
Do they need to have flues?
Can the flue run downward?
Should I place the fridge near the back of the van?
Any help much appreciated as my fridge is only good for a weekend without power hook up

yes or you die

no

as long as it has a flue going outside the van... you can put it anywhere

is there space for it between the edge of the sliding door and the engine bay hump? if not then where to put it? Cant pu it over the engine bay. i have seen kitchen units accross the width of the van behind the front seats. might be possible to outlet through the A pillar. Not sure if this would affect the structural integrety of the van though. The manufacturer will have an installation manual that will have the inastallation requirements, like flue min max length/diameter etc see if you can download a copy.

Technically it compromises the integrity of the B pillar and if noticed on the test should be an automatic fail, the normall way to 'Camper' a twin slider is the put the flue through the offside door which is locked and had a grommet in the handle hole to prevent the hard of thinking opening it.

There you go, dont do it! The manufacturer of your fridge will have an installation document that will outline the requirements of the flue see if you can download a copy.
