Villa Park, Birmingham

Hi everyone

We have just been told that Clent Hills can't accommodate us next week due to the waterlogged ground.

One of the main reasons we chose there is its proximity to Villa Park, where the mighty Spurs will be playing on Sunday.

Can anyone else please recommend a site to the North/East of Birmingham which can hold its own against the rains we have been having?

Many thanks

Ian

There is a campsite just south of Birmingham called Chapel Lane

I've never used it as it is too close to home. Not heard of any on the North side. There is Kingsbury WaterPark to the East. Last time I used it I never had a camper and we all laughed at a shed dragger getting his lawnmower out!!

Thanks for the advice Louey - we plumped for one called Croxhall Farm in the end - near Coleshill.

But I've made a note of these for future reference!

Thanks again

Ian

(Come on you Spurs)
