Hi,

I have a 2.1 T25 watercooled LHD fuel injected multivan which has cold and hot starting problems - looking for a garage south London with diagnostics but who know T25s. Can anyone reccomend one?

Thanks

If your anywhere near Riverside Motors in Charlton/Greenwich, they are pretty good. If not, Volkspares are in SE London.

I took my van to Riverside in March for a full service and then again in May for its MOT.

Last week the van was really difficult to start and when I managed to get it going it cut out on low revs at red lights and junctions so limped home and this week got the AA out who said it had muck in the carburettor - AA man increased its idle so I could get it to a garage for repair.

Phoned Riverside to book it in and they said they did not want to do it as they were fed up with working on T25s as it was impossible to charge for the hours it took to mend them.

Partner then phoned and persuaded them to take a look so its booked in for next Wednesday. Just wondered if anyone has had a similar experience?

Also the AA guy recommended Westside garage but people on hear have said its expensive and they only really want to deal with air cooled.
