Best stainless exhause system

My exhaust has begun to crumble, despite it being only 3 years old [put on by the previous owner] :evil: No doubt it was some cheapo thing to get it through the mot or something, but I think stainless is the way forward. Has anyone done any research on who does the best one for their money?

1.9 DG petrol btw ...

Many thanks :wink:

Heard rave reviews about JP Exhausts. They are custom made in house and they will fit it too! Thinking of going there myself. http://www.jpexhausts.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

A new merged system (4-2-1) might be available shortly, suitable for 2wd and Syncro 1.9 and 2.1 wbx.. :ok

early or late DG? (late has two hangers supporting your silencer....)
Mines an early - used the Speedshop system - really pleased. Do check out the detailed thread I had running on this very question... :wink:

I have a late 1.9DG and fitted the 'Speedshop' system - very pleased with it for the price (very easy to fit) and it accepts a Lambda probe - bit louder than the standard one but acceptable and hardly noticeable to me. The Push Rod protection covers had to be shortened by about 20/30mm on mine in order to re-fit them.

I have their system and given the improved options available now I would go to Brickwerks. That being said the JP system itself is fine but it's let down by the fasteners and clamps supplied with it, customer service is faultless though.
