How to remove front springs?

I need to replace my front springs but can't see how to do it.

Any advice please?

Think I am going to get a nut splitter.

Once that is done, I assume the shock will drop down? Is sliding a new one and all the top fittings back up through the spring difficult?

I had a hell of a time.. In the end through sheer frustration I donned protective kit and a grinder..
Went about 60% through, then hit it with a sledge hammer..

axel stand under chassis , jack under lower arm taking strain -,shocker top , any ball joint or top ball joint nuts , caliper , front tie bar , track rod end - let jack down out it comes
