What are the electrical mods i need to be concerned with
For this conversion?is the stock turbo sufficient ?intercooler,egr,
Needed?custom or alt mods?any and all helpful comments appreciated.

Take a look at this link...mentions aspects you need to consider not mentioned in your question...futbus would be able to offer some advise..as I know they have done TDI conversions before...Brickwerks is a good shout and doing a little research on the Wiki and Tech archive can also be helpful..

Bit of a waste of a good engine to try and run a TDi without electric control IMO. The big advance on the AFN was the VNT, and unless your Heath Robinson himself, you're better off using electronic control to exploit the VNT properly.
