Devon roof seals... which ones?

Hi,
I'm going to replace the seals that run around the entire bottom of my devon roof, but I'm not sure which to get. I'm on a slight budget, but if going for a more expensive option is really important then I can make the sacrifice.
I've found these on JK http://www.justkampers.com/shop/elevati ... 12510.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - but I'm confused by the cheap prie, everywhere else I look they're over £100.
Where would you recommend getting them for good value?
