Thats what I reckoned :rofl 2 hours and ALOT of swearing later it was done!

I just couldnt get the large diameter end over the locating ridge whilst insitu , In the end I had to take the rack out ( wished i had bought new powerflex bushes from Dr Baxter now, and done that job at the same time ) I wrongly assumed that there would be loads of room under there to get at all the required nuts and bolts... I must be getting old, as laying on my back in the cold, getting a face full of sh1te didnt seem as much fun as it used to be

still, its a job jobbed.

Thats why I tend to blast the underneath of my wagon every few weeks to remove all the grit. Nothing worse than working on one that hasn't been cleaned underneath. Goggles help but often not practical.

Oh good, glad it wasn't just us that struggled! Did exactly the same, though we did get some of Dr baxters bushes, and damn fine they are too!
