Hi guys,
I am looking to buy a basic alarm for my camper that can hook up to these universal central locking kits. Also if it has an immobiliser function that stops power to pump etc that would be ideal.
Can anyone recomend one to start researching, there seems so many and given the simple nature of the t25 i windered which is most suitable / cost effective.

Most folk on here wont coment on their security systems, We dont want to give the tea leaves any tips.
Its also hard to rate an alarm, until it defeats one of the above mentioned persons, or causes the neibours to issue death threats.
Remember, if you have a camper, you dont want an alarm that auto arms when you are happily sleeping in the back.
What you fit depends on your level of expertise, I'm fairly handy with electronics, so I have a few tricks hidden away.
I've just fitted
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Carvox-CX-999-L ... 51&sr=8-11
in a mates car and it seems ok if you add on a ultrasonic or radar sensor.

We fit the Cyclone alarm system, available for you to buy direct from the supplier here

I have found they are great value kits, work a treat, reliable, easy to fit and very affordable. Link either the standard system or keyless entry one to the central locking kit and you're sorted.
Hope this is what you're after.
Andrew
PS Don't bother with the remote start version, waste of time fitting a feature with no practical use (IMHO) and your insurance company will hate it.
