Looking on JK and GSF the cheaper shocks look to be similar to these and I wondered if anyone had used them before?

Euro Car Parts also sell Bilstein (they are a main agent) cheaper than Brickwerks and put in EASTER25 at the checkout for 25% discount.

Well, I'll bite. Cheap does not always mean crap. Theres also a saying that a fool and his money are easily parted and seen as many examples of that as I have of those fitting parts that let them down within a very short space of time. The only real way to find out is to buy a set and see how they perform. I've bought adjustable ones in the past (at great expense too) and thought they were dire. I might view things differently if I were driving a Syncro tho.
Certainly if yours are shot, they have to be an improvement.

Just put bilstein gas shocks on my westy, expensive but worth it, the van has been transformed.Even though only one of my front shocks was visibly leaking once removed it was obvious that they were all well past their best.

Thanks for the link Lloyd, they are twice the price and considering the current ones have been on for at least 10 years anything would be an improvement, would the better ones last twice as long I wonder?

They look like the same basic thing, but without the fixed spring platform or metal shroud.
