There is still time, but do you think about establishing a small document (pdf) to provide participants with practical aspects and a light program ?
Are there particular things that we could do, help or bring from France?

I will put together a list of campsites, contact numbers for us, gps coordinates and availble maps of the sites and a rough itinery with a few options of additional offroading sites (if people want to do that ) and places to stay inbetween the events shortly and general things to bring etc. Just waiting on the English to to get it together

Just home from a day in the forest with Dave, Andrew and my mate christoff clearing the campsite area for June cracking spot gets the sun all day and completely enclosed by trees so no wind, calm hot and quiet

Must say it was a cracking day yesterday and the venue is between 320 meters and 360 meters above sea level and on a clear day they say that you can see Wales ......
