Just in from another day on the interior, no pics other than my home made router table
separated out all the cupboards inside the units there fully scribed into the van wall's so fridge is sealed etc, started on the over bed lockers took some working out, might end up looking the same as before but there loads bigger by juggling things about a bit! Rain tried to stop play but ended up with the awning tied to my Dads car

I think I might have set myself a daft dead line for the van to be back on the road! Gonna try for Bus stop over!!!! Thats about a month dont no if it will be possible but I will try!

Cheers buddy, makes it so much easier than using the router as that one should! Think health and sefety would have a fit if they saw it tho!

It's the safest way of using a router, I am building my table at the moment.

Yeah lot safer way to operate, but made that with the trigger zip tied on on the router, and a domestic light switch! ! But was a hell of a lot cheaper than buying a proper one!

I'm going to use the same on my table although I do have a proper On/Off switch (salvaged from our scrap bin).

What great work. Can I ask what you are going to put in the seams. Just had loads of work dine to my van bt the paint is cracking at the seams. I am wondering if it is because what has been used.

Taking ages and the router table is getting fully tested!
Yeah the silver box is as all gas lockers should be in a sealed metal box with a vent pipe in the base to let any leaked gas escape!
