Matt,
The Syncronauts Committee are now able to focus on organising this event. It would be helpful if you could forward any relevant information, such as possible tollet hire arrangements (funds permitting), site owner details, any commitments you have made verbally or in writing to other parties etc.
Also, specifically, you suggested the AWDC might be willing to marshal for us? Where does this offer stand at the moment so that we know what we need to organise.
Thanks for setting this up initially, but we now need to get things firmed up.

Jen saw Sue foster of the AWDC two weekends ago, so should "maybe" know more than me.....
The loo-hire and Catering van details are sello-taped on the pc at 196, details when i've walked the 100 yrds to said pc

not committing to anything till things have settled in to a routine, and things have sorted themselves out....
however, we will be camping at 8090 stuff at some point soon...

...just strained my eye muscles reading all those Bashbourne posts.
Is it worth starting a new thread as it's getting nearer the time? I'm all excited as it will be my first meeting

Also keen to get hold of an extra set of 16" wheels. Would like alloys but would take steelies. Would like 5 but would take 4 as I need some MTs for them and they won't be used regularly on road, so something that is road legal. Don't want to mess around with shims/spacers/driling if I can avoid it.
Anybody get a set they would be willing to part with?
