I got some wheels:

next question.

Can you fit "225 80 R15" tyres on the rear wheels of a T25? The fronts are staying at "205 70 R15" but I was going to put big ones on the back.

8 1/2 % bigger so you can bet your life you'll be stirring the box at any slight gradient

maybe, but the bigger problem for me is running out of revs on long straghts. may improve mpg. but will they fit celarance wise? and anyone seen this front/rear tyre difference on t25's before?

Got some tyres fitted to my alloys today. 225/80/15 on rear. fronts are 205/70/15

Guy told me I'll need alloy wheel studs, that can't use steel ones.

I'm aware I'm going to need longer studs and bolts, but do I now have to ensure they aren't made from steel??? or was he just talking about the shape? In which case I need to see if my wheels require ball or tapered nuts which I can check myself.

eh

And do you think these will be a good idea

saves buying 2 sets or a stud conversion.
