Look at the top right of this box, says quote. Press it and it puts what the person says in the speech bubble

If you want just a chunk, Copy it, Reply, Paste it into Reply box, Select the text to quote and then hit Quote button, 3rd from left on Reply toolbar
or simply
Surround anything you want quoted with
[Quite]...To be or not to be, that is the quotation.......
[/Quite]
but change Quite for Quote
so it then appears like this in the rendered post
...To be or not to be, that is the quotation.......

Re-read all the responses and it looks like majority are wanting lanes, lanes and more lanes, so will talk to others who can help with planning

Thank you for all your organising but could I confirm that it is going to be the last weekend in Sept and at Oxfordshire
It would be great to get over if I can arrange work and hey I'm up for what ever you organise
Could I please note that my 'tea bitch & cake days' are over but hey anyone who wants to yabber about syncros over a brew is more than welcome
