Not yet but I'm getting my drill out this morning, it's the new cherry part

I've got a box of metric holes here you can have, various sizes.

Depends, on some RHD's they fitted imperial sizes.

Been everywhere to day in the syncro. Love ut. Although i did bump over a few bollards in car park n thought id f*%ked up the wheels but its ok

You actually drove over some bollards (hope you mean curb, bollards are bloody big!)

owning a syncro does not allow you to drive offroad whenever you wish

Well these bollards are the ones that fold down. But still chunky.
What ill do is take some pics tomorrow and load them up.

Right need some help!
Druvers door wont lock or unlock with key. I have to unlock passanger door to get it.
Dr door does lock from inside.
I need to know how to get the window handel off the speaker off and the door pull handel off.
Looked in my manuel doesnt say anything an niether does wiki.

Door pull has small and large Phillips screws underneath the two little flaps - one either end - which can be opened with a very small screwdriver. Window winder is easy. At the end where its attached to the door the plastic pulls away to reveal a phillips screw. Leave the speaker alone as it should be attached to the door card.
Cooper this is kindergarten stuff compared to most stuff on a Syncro. If you cant work this type of stuff out on your own you have a VERY long road ahead of you.

Never before getting this syncro have i even sat i one so trail n error.
Its going great. Fitted the stearo. Had to rewire n older stuff but all good.
Getting brakes and gear stick looked at soon.
