Interesting ..... £4k to buy and maybe £3k to sort out making it a £7k vehicle. So people have that sort of money for a Syncro but I need to find someone who has twice that for a fully sorted one!

I want to find out who the second highest bidder was so I can sell him mine for his highest bid, and its AAZ with BFG muds.
As others have said, I fully expect to see this back ebay within the month.

Chaps
I still fancy getting a syncro at some point in the future so lets be honest what should I pay??
ideally it needs to be a van or crew cab and diesel, I'm not to worried about the condition as long as it's road worthy just so I can have some fun, if I decide it's for me then either I could do it up, get a better one or transplant the running gear into my Westy.
So what's the start price? could I get anything for £1K or £1.5K??

I reckon with tax and mot, anything under £2k and your doing well. £2k to £2.5K fair deal. Anything more you need to be buying from someone reliable. Perhaps someone on here that you can trust to tell you what they have done and what needs to be done.
My policy is buy as cheap as you can and pay for the work to be done or do it yourself. At least that way you know exactly what you have. Everyone on here will tell you its easy to spend a lot of money on a syncro!!
Cheers and good luck finding what your looking for.

£4K if I was spending that sort of money I think the Caravelle C td one owner from new on mobile.de would be a better buy at 4,340 EUR and it looks in better condition too.
