The ambulances are 2wd but boxfresh

I'm thinking about going to Finland for the auction. Is there some way to find out what vehicles are for sale and the condition of them?
Is that a 16" panel van on the picture?

And IF i buy anything, is it possible to transfer the money or do you pay cash?
