I decided to go for 20mm on each rim so I ordered and these came to day:
For the front.

And for the rear.

Complete with low profile nuts.
I went for these on the rear because I could be arsed faffing about with fitting extended studs.

I have a set of Baxter's Bespoke Stud Converters complete with new nuts and locking nuts.

Unfortunately I have to wait until next Saturday before I can fit them - bugger!

Fitted!

The wheels fit straight on the rear but the standard studs are not long enough - I only got 5 turns on the nut.

The 20mm spacers push the wheels out so that they "fill" the arches.

I converted the fronts to studs (all from Brickwerks).

Just got to work on some centre caps.

Loctited in - big thanks to Melmelody for the abundant supply of loctite and bearing fit.

With spacers fitted (front):

The studs give me 8 turns of the nut which is more than the minimum required (7) but do not come flush with the nuts.
The studs is recessed by about 3 mm into the wheel nut, this makes me nervous but it is okay according to the spacer paperwork.
