I've also seen them on 14" too, usually on factory high tops.

Simon, are you able to sell parts you have manufactured to Germany as is or do you have to get TUV approval? I notice the Germans dont sell this type of suspension product and the lift kits are not road legal where the German StVZO applies. I hope that doesn't apply to foreign registered vehicles otherwise there will be a few red faces on the way to Syncro25!

I learnt some lessons about our "Highly litigious society" some time ago when I sold a FVW race car that I designed and built myself to an absolute numpty. Its a scary road to have to go down. Unfortunately, stuff like this I know about. If I see something that is wrong I will voice my opinion and when something is sound in principal then ......

Have we photos of all of these reinforcements anywhere.. I seem to remember a while ago (2 years + ) seeing pccies of internal chassis reinforcements.. is that one of the areas?

Not having the opportunity to eyeball different trucks day to day, I've often no idea what is std. and what is syncro extra Vs 2WD, reinforced or 16", other than a few obvious areas (gusseting)... but would like to know.

And the old Doka seems to creak and twist quite a bit. e.g. are Tristars stiffened in any way ref: std Doka?

Hopefully 'all' of them, seems to be the chassis rail inserts (?) missing, but...

As to paddy,s question.
If traveling within the EEC originating from the EEC your vehicle has to be legal in its country of origin as well as the driver.

I'm working up to fit mine soon as the truck is getting heavier and heavier with all the steel I keep adding to it - I post some pics when I finally get around to it!

New CNC landed, matey is just getting to grips with it.
Few other things to do first, I have a pile of AVO coil overs that need spring seats making.
Not forgotten about, workshop is really busy, webshop is really busy and struggling to find time for developemnt stuff.
Once CNC man gets friendly with his rather expensive machine we will be able to spit them out at a rate of knots.
Oh, and he also went on holiday for a week plus he has his usual line of work making moulds for plastic injection moulding....
Will get done, once we get a design we are happy with it will be a case of buying material and pressing go.

I do have an engineering shop full of CNC machinery that needs to be worked harder...happy to quote

I believe they did, as the larger of the Projektzwo centre consoles requires the use of such a bracket to make the handbrake accessible.

Might be able to get some pictures/dimensions, but the font of such knowledge is off to Hockenheim very soon. Not like I'm jealous or anything...
