That is a right pukka workshop you're in there Starspider. Is it yours?

It's not a workshop its a 10x12 shed with all my crap crammed into it

Impressive though. Mine's only 10 x 8 I think, and it's becoming absurd
its more of a shed than a workshop, and not big enough to do that sort of welding work with any safety or accuracy - without a day's emptying onto the lawn 'tis insulated though.

Subie exhaust looks like it will work out fine, seems it always comes down to those bends you've got marked up. A lot earlier and tighter than the original manifold.

Well spent a pleasant day welding this up instead of paying someone to do it for me



thanks for the inspiration Klatuu reckon you saved me a fair few quid, so find us at a show and I'll stand you a couple of beers, infact I reckon most of the posters on 80/90 are welcome too

I must admit, I've done nothing to the van for a few weeks now except drive it, I think I've sickened myself a bit, plus I've got a "pooh" load of other stuff to do.

Yep the silencer was the cheapest one demon tweeks sells along with a lenth of 2" pipe and a 90 degree bend, made a flange to suit the scooby header a bit of cutting and I got a exhaust was thinking if this one works ok when it gets a bit knackered I'll make one in stainless
