I would look at how bad that rust is. Cause if you don't you could be throwing good money after bad. I'm happy to help as you may only need a small patch to sort it out.

Drink Milk when galv welding - it helps to stem it..... (sounds mad I know but it's true!)

I could patch it,but if the panel im on about is the right one it only costs £10 so might aswell get it. After you went yesterday i started cutting more of the inner arch out and found more rust :( But it looks manageable so should be able to plate it.

As said im sure i could do with your help, if youre about on the weekend to help id appreciate it! :ok If do want to start welding next weekend.
